Hula Girl selected by the London Short Film Festival

We are honoured to be selected by the London Short Film Festival.  Now in it's 10th year and with over 1200 film submissions, this festival has chops so it is a massive deal for us to be selected.

Hula Girl will be screening at the Roxy Bar and Screen in London. 1pm on 12th January 2013 as part of London Short Film Festival. Tickets £6.

Arizona Underground Film Festival

Our great run of American film festivals continues as we are officially selected for the Arizona Underground Film Festival.

Taking place in Tucson, Arizona.  Hula Girl will screen at 4pm on Sunday 23rd September.

Phenom Film Fest - Louisiana

Hula Girl continues it's love affair with America by being officially selected for the Phenom Film Festival in Louisiana.

The festival runs from the 5th til the 9th September and looks to have a slate of really strong films.

DocUtah

Hula Girl has been selected for DocUtah, the Southern Utah Documentary Festival.  The festival runs 5th - 9th September 2012.  Screening times and ticket prices are stil to be confirmed.

We are very excited to be included in such a great festival and hope to be in attendance to introduce the film.

Hula Girl wins Best Short Documentary at TFFOC

We are delighted to announce the first festival award for Hula Girl.  We won Best Short Documentary at The Film Festival of Colorado.  It was an honour to screen at such a wonderful festival and our heartfelt thanks go out to Bob Webb, the festival director.  We would also like to thank all the hard working festival staff, the other film makers for making such a great block of films and anyone who took the time to watch our short film.

This award means a great deal to us and hopefully we will be able to celebrate many more wins

North American Premier - The Film Festival of Colorado

Hula Girl is delighted to announce it will get it's North American premier at the Film Festival of Colorado, Olde Town, Arvada. The festival runs 28th June - 1st July 2012. Screening times and ticket details will be released shortly. Now who wants to buy me my airfare?

Sheffield Doc/Fest Videotheque

Hula Girl is delighted to announce that we will feature in the Sheffield Doc/Fest Videotheque.

This unique facility is available to Sheffield Doc/Fest delegates, buyers, sales agents and film festival programmers only, during the festival and for up to 3 months afterwards.

We hope this fantastic opportunity will lead to many more film festival screenings and potentially distribution.

We will be hosting a tiki/rockabilly/Americana themed party during Doc/Fest to coincide with the Videotheque. The screening is part of the Student Film Festival London and being shown at 2.45pm at The London College of Communication, Elephant and Castle, London.

Making films is all about people watching them. We are itching for people to see Hula Girl, but alas we are holding off screening it online and in full for now. Many festivals request premier status in it's respective territory, and uploading the film publicly voids that exclusivity.
